I tried to cancel trial subscription for Apple TV but wasnt able to do it. I tried on tv, on line, chat with someone & on phone.?
None were successful!!! The guy on the phone sounded muffled & I couldnt understand him due to that.
I am a loss!!!

no change, still no apple tv+ no backup, no emails. tried logging in again, still going round in circles.

Either he hung up or call failed..
Call was cut off or he hung up. Mentioned program and person in program, and call ended abruptly. Will be canceling my subscription.This company seems to like woke idealogy and perhaps DEI hires.

I tried to watch three different shows and none of the shows had a clear picture.
I called Apple support two days in a row and waited 47 minutes to talk with some one who had no clue. She couldnt even cancel the subscription.

I seem to get the same loop sign in use your ID when it goes back to the TV. It asks me to sign in and use my ID again, but nothing happens.
